Designer's Marketplace

Middlesbrough’s Town Hall Crypt hosts Teesside’s first Designers Marketplace next month.
The event will showcase some of the best creative talent in the region, with work from emerging and established artists and designers on show. Through a series of ‘mini-boutique’ like stalls, regional creatives will be able to sell their products directly to the public. The majority of these pieces - consisting of everything from fashion garments and accessories to experimental art, ceramics and jewellery - will be bespoke items designed or made up by the stall holders themselves.
The Designer’s Marketplace will be as much about the ‘experience’ as it will be about buying and selling exclusive art works. The hour prior to opening to the public will act as a trade show where stall vendors, press, local businesses and creative organisations will have the opportunity to network and discuss ideas with like minded people. Members of the public will then have the chance to buy the work of some of the most collectible and talented creative practitioners in the region.
The Designers Marketplace takes place in Middlesbrough’s Town Hall Crypt on the 15th of November from 11.00am. For further information or to reserve a stall, click here
